A Romance For All Ages

you know, I've always been a sucker for a good romance in the comics that i read. I mean I wasn't even bothered by how the couples in elephantmen looked because i loved the romantic stories so much. totally random but with point! i looooooove the monsieur Mallah and The Brain love story. I wanted so much more then a sudden confession and an explosion! it was the most interesting love in the world! EVER!


I've always wanted to be in charge of a well known and popular character... i mean just the honor of it all, not to mention the big britches you get for doing something like that. That being said i often make up mini story lines in my journal for maybe one day oneshots, and a Mallah/Brain romance story has been floating around for ages, i want to explore the characters and how the relationship flourished, it's so interesting!

I mean, it's obviously not based on looks, it's all about the trust that they feel for one another and the need to share that next level of the relationship! and they just let it get blown to shit! such wasted potential!

well there's a little rant come and gone and now the good stuff an actual drawing done about the topic, i have many sketches and notes but nothing so concrete as to do anything with but i was just being goofy and practicing this digital thing and SURPRISE brain kissing

the arm position is a lil redic, and it's super stylized and cartoony but hilarious to me and i love it forever!

i just finished this:

this is Jungle Janet, she's been fluttering around the edge of my notes and sketchbooks for quite a long time, this is her first staring role, you may be seeing her again soon as i've had some interest for writing a story about her, so that's very exciting. i'm looking at this now and noticing some little mess ups or overlooked parts but it's not too bad.

this is a cover i did for a close friend who, in a haze of anger, thought up a story line that was too good to pass up. it's a zombie story all about this one carrier that only effects women at one certain time of the month. it's probably what you think it is, however it's not exactly my story to tell. This story may be popping up soon, so look for it right here! even tho nobodies watching!

This little sketch was based off a doodle i did during my ethics class... instead of taking notes, the original was on a sheet of paper with:

"-homo's wrong by nature
      -nature says nothing against homo
-SCIENCE"

written on it... as you can well imagine that really helped me on the quiz, what can i say? incidentally this is not my views on homosexuality, it was only for an ethics class presentation from an argument in our book. so please do not be offended, and instead, view the humor of me being a horrible student and paying $1,000 just to do freak all!
